HIV and Men Who Have Sex With Men in Asia and the Pacific

There is good evidence form communities in different parts of the world that men who have sex with men are often highly likely to be exposed to HIV and that they may form a bridge for the virus to spread into the wider population. This report describes successful programmes that show that, even in the most conservative societies and in countries where there are legal constraints, men who have sex with men need not be hidden and that they may play an important role in the response to HIV.
