Call for expressions of interest for sub recipients for community systems strengthening component

14 Oct 2008 – The Global Fund to Fight against AIDS, TB, and Malaria (GFATM) has announced the availability of Round 9 funding grants; The guidelines, and proposal format will be the same as in round 8, and the application is due to the GFATM on January 21 2009. In order to prepare the HIV proposal round 9, the Viet Nam CCM invites Expressions of interest for Sub Recipients (SR) for Community System Strengthening Component (CSS) activities to include in Viet Nam’s proposal round 9 grant submission.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SUB RECIPIENT (SR) APPLICANTS

• A registered non-government sector organization, preferably already working on HIV
• Have organizational, managerial and technical  capacity to implement HIV projects as a Sub Recipient
• Demonstrated understanding of legislation and organizational structure of Viet Nam Government.
